is it too late to fix my teeth?
so i have no dental coverage
im 20
been stupid for the last 6 months not taking care of myself..i stayed inside 24/7 hardly moving, ruining my body and now
i have really bad teeth..extremely bad breath, dry mouth, my gums are receding and bleeding when i brush or sometimes just touch it.. i have periodontal disease..and i think i need dentures now because all my teeth are mobile but not to the point that its falling out. it probably will in another couple months if i leave it like this..
i ate junk cause i didnt care..no milk, so no calcium..i have a small bone structure and now its just gotten worse. what do i do…can the bones grow back if i exercise and eat right ?

See a dentist and start taking care of yourself, you’re only 20 geez, still a baby don’t worry so much. You might need to see a periodonist about your teeth, start with a dentist and see where it goes from there.
